SBS is a hot adhesive method. It is necessary to first roll one side of the base course with the matching treatment agent, and then use liquefied gas or gasoline blowtorch to melt it. After one layer of surface asphalt is melted, bake and slowly roll forward to compact.
Both of the above shall be plastered with cement sand at the end. The main function is to protect the waterproof layer, and the slope of the mortar protective layer must be reserved from high to low to the floor drain.

After the mortar protective layer is dry, the overhead layer will be initially built.
The overhead layer is mainly built by fire bricks and keels, and the supporting points are first built with fire bricks and cement mortar. Firebricks shall be evenly arranged at a distance of 40cm from the center, and the height of the final finished surface of the firebricks shall be at the same level.
III. The purpose of building the overhead floor is to:
① Sufficient space shall be reserved under the anticorrosive wood floor to facilitate the rainwater to seep from the floor to the floor and drain directly along the drainage slope to prevent the water from soaking the anticorrosive wood for a long time
② Keep a distance between the wooden floor and the base layer by overhead to prevent the waterproof layer from being damaged during the installation of anti-corrosion wood
③ Keep the air circulation between the anticorrosive wood and the ground, and effectively extend the life of the wood structure base
After the supporting point built by the fire brick is dried, lay the keel on the fire brick (the common specification of the keel is 30 * 50mm)
The keel shall be fixed on the fire brick with 50 steel nails for laying, and the center spacing of the keel shall be 40cm, evenly arranged.
The keel must be anticorrosive wood keel. In addition, the keel can also be painted with wood oil to increase the service life of the keel, and the corresponding costs will also increase.
The anticorrosive wood floor can be laid after the keel is built, and the laying methods of different materials of anticorrosive wood floor are also slightly different
Ordinary camphor pine anticorrosive wood floor can be directly fixed on the keel with straight nails.
The pineapple anticorrosive wood floor needs to be perforated first, and then fixed on the keel with stainless steel screws. (The specification of pineapple floor is 90 * 20mm, and 90 * 25mm is required if it is made of anticorrosive wood)
When laying the anticorrosive wood floor on the terrace, it should be noted that a gap of 0.2cm-1cm should be reserved between the anticorrosive wood to prevent water accumulation in rainy days and thermal expansion and contraction of the anticorrosive wood (the gap size is determined according to the moisture content of the wood, which can be confirmed with the wood floor merchant)
After the floor is laid, wood oil shall be painted on its surface.
